The second is the bulky item drop-off events: three citywide days a year, included in the minimum services Arvada customers already pay for, held at the North Area Athletic Complex, 19500 W 64th Parkway, with proof of residency required — a current utility bill or a driver’s licence showing your address.
Both are built around an item you can already move. A spa reaches the kerb, or the back of your car for the drop-off, only after it has been disconnected, drained and cut down — which is the whole job. Olde Town’s historic lots make it starker: side yards there are narrow enough that the shell comes out in more pieces than average whatever the destination.
