What we collect

We only collect what's needed to quote and schedule a removal:

• Name, phone number, and optionally email — submitted through the contact form or the quote funnel on this site.
• Job details — city, tub type, access route, and anything you describe about the setup.
• Call data — this site does not publish a phone number at the moment. If we add one, we will update this policy first: calls and texts to it may be logged (calling number, time, duration) and recorded.
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance. We do not run advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, schedule and carry out the removal, and follow up afterward if needed. No newsletters and no marketing lists, unless you separately ask to be added to one.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We pass your name, phone number and job details to the one independent removal company we connect you with, so they can quote and schedule the job. Apart from that, it passes through a small number of services that help us run this site, each acting only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website, stores form submissions in our own database, and keeps standard security logs.
• Twilio — would handle calls to a published phone number. None is published at the moment, so no call data is collected.

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena.

How long we keep it

Job-related information is kept for as long as needed to complete the removal and handle any follow-up, and generally no longer than a few years for our own records. Call logs and recordings are kept for as long as needed to track call volume. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reach us through the contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site and our referral service are for adults arranging work on their own property. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We don't expect frequent changes; this is a small local referral service, not a data business.
